In this engaging and interactive workshop, you will explore what truly matters to you and learn how to align your actions with your core values.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, this session will provide practical tools to help you get “unstuck” from unhelpful thoughts or habits and take meaningful steps forward in your life.
You will leave with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and an actionable plan to live in alignment with your values.

Not at all! You don’t need to have your values fully figured out to join. This workshop is designed to help you uncover what truly matters to you and gain clarity on your values as part of the process. Whether you’re starting fresh or looking to refine what you already know, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
